bk8mya Terms and Conditions of Use

1. General Terms

The bk8mya platform ("Platform", "we", "bk8mya") provides online gambling services including slots, live casino, sports betting and baccarat to eligible users. The platform operates under international licensing and is subject to the regulations and controls set by the relevant regulatory body.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and bk8mya. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and this platform.

In these Terms, "you" and "user" refer to any individual who accesses, registers with or uses the bk8mya platform. Use of this platform in any capacity is fully subject to these Terms.

Each user is only permitted to have one active account. Creating more than one account is a breach of these Terms and will result in all such accounts being closed and any funds held within them being forfeited.

3. Account Use

Each user is fully responsible for all activity that occurs within their account. You are required to keep your username and password confidential at all times.

The following are strictly prohibited when using a bk8mya account:

• Sharing login details with any other party.
• Allowing another party to use your account.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to hack, infiltrate or disrupt platform systems.
• Using false or misleading information during registration or profile updates.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our customer support via live chat or email immediately. bk8mya will not be liable for any losses arising from a user's negligence in protecting their account information.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bk8mya platform are subject to the following policies:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per transaction, regardless of the payment method used.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing time: Typically completed within 1 hour after the request is approved.

Payment methods supported by the platform include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment details provided are accurate and belong to them.

bk8mya reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request that raises suspicion of fraud, money laundering or a breach of these Terms. In such situations, the platform may request additional proof from the user before the transaction is approved.

All funds in a bk8mya account belong to the user and will not be used for platform operations. The funds are held separately and may be withdrawn in accordance with the established procedures.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bk8mya offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions set for each promotion.

Welcome Bonus: New users who make their first deposit are eligible to receive a 120% bonus of up to a maximum of RM1,000. For example, a deposit of RM100 will give a bonus of RM120, bringing the total balance to RM220, with a wagering requirement of RM1,200 (i.e. RM120 × 10). If you deposit RM1,800, the maximum bonus of RM1,000 will be credited, bringing the balance to RM2,800, with a wagering requirement of RM10,000.

The following applies to all bonuses on this platform:

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirements must be met first.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in cancellation of the bonus and account closure.
• bk8mya reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are valid for one account per user — abuse through multiple accounts is prohibited.

6. Game Rules

• Financial losses incurred by users as a result of gambling activities on the platform.
• Unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence in protecting their login credentials.
• Indirect, consequential or special damages arising from the use of this platform.

The maximum total liability of bk8mya to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

9. Account Closure

Users may close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Any valid remaining balance in the account will be returned once all conditions have been met and identity verification is complete.

bk8mya reserves the right to close or suspend a user's account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Suspicious or fraud-related activity.
• Failure by the user to submit requested verification documents.
• Instructions from the relevant authorities.

10. Responsible Gambling

bk8mya is committed to supporting responsible gambling practices. The platform provides self-control tools to users, including the option to set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Users may also request a temporary break from the platform if needed.
